CobbTrashhelp.com Allows a Cobb Residents to request trash service, or compliment your company, or file trash complaints. When your company participates, all of this content is routed to your company instead of Cobb County. The request for new services goes to all participating companies. The Complements or complaints come only to your company so you can work directly with your customers to resolve. You will get a PDF of the complaint so you can save it away. The data will be aggregated and reported so the community can see how companies are doing. Your company will have an opportunity to address the complaint and report the resolution through our dash board and it will show as a resolved complaints. Companies that do not participate will have all complaints show as unresolved complaints and sent directly to Cobb County trash complaint email.

It is the hope that this will help the Trash Companies serve their customers better and provide the needed visibility into the good, the bad, and the ugly that will drive contentious improvement.
